These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and My Latino Glow, an independent creator portfolio operated in the United Kingdom. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What the website provides
The website presents skincare-focused user-generated content, product reviews, creative microscope footage, creator services, and links to public Instagram and TikTok posts. A restricted creator studio allows approved managers to connect authorised social accounts, import public video information, and choose what appears in the portfolio.
The website does not currently sell products, process payments, provide public user accounts, or allow visitors to upload content.
3. Portfolio and skincare information
Microscope imagery, product commentary, and skincare content are provided for creative, informational, and portfolio purposes. They are not medical advice, clinical testing, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of product safety, quality, or performance.
Skincare can affect people differently. Follow product instructions and seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for medical concerns, allergies, adverse reactions, or individual treatment decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass authentication, access the restricted creator studio without permission, or interfere with website security;
- introduce malware, overload the service, scrape it in a way that disrupts operation, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service;
- misrepresent your identity or authority to connect an Instagram or TikTok account; or
- copy or reuse protected content except as permitted by law or with the relevant owner's permission.
5. Social-account connections
Only an account owner or person authorised by that owner may connect a social account. By connecting an account, you instruct My Latino Glow to access the approved profile and public video information for portfolio management. You remain responsible for the source account, its content, and compliance with the applicable platform's rules.
Instagram and TikTok are third-party services. Their availability, APIs, permissions, links, and content are controlled by them and may change or stop working. Use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. My Latino Glow is not endorsed by or affiliated with either platform unless expressly stated.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website design, branding, copy, original photographs, microscope imagery, and creator-produced videos are owned by or licensed to My Latino Glow. All rights are reserved.
Brands, product names, social-platform marks, linked posts, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
7. Collaboration enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Deliverables, usage rights, fees, timings, product claims, approvals, and cancellation terms for a collaboration must be agreed separately in writing.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every link, imported thumbnail, caption, or third-party API response will remain available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or remove features or content when reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, My Latino Glow is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, external websites, use of skincare content as medical advice, unauthorised account access, or events outside our reasonable control. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data.
10. Privacy and account access
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Approved managers must keep their sign-in account secure and tell us promptly if they believe access has been compromised. We may suspend manager access to protect the site, connected accounts, or other users.
11. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, integrations, or law. The updated terms apply from the date shown above. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
